The Adventures of Nathan and Kylee

I haven’t updated any news here in a while, mostly because there is none to report. We’re still living in our apartment on the far north side of Indy with our kitties and working at the same places. Nathan has applied to IUPUI for the fall so he can finish his degree. I’ve been working the same and doing personal side projects. You can view more about that stuff on our personal blogs.

I randomly thought it would be fun to put all of our wedding music on a playlist and put it on here. This includes all the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and key reception songs.

Kylee’s video (shot alongside Aaron and Katie) was picked by Ben Stein to be a finalist in the YouTube Video Volunteers Spotlight: Animal Welfare contest. The top 3 videos get featured on youtube.com, which would bring a lot of free publicity to Cat’s Haven (who, by the way, spend nothing on advertising so this would be a big help).

We’re fighting against a few organizations that have a big following on YouTube and have subscribers to vote for them, so we need all the help we can get.

here are all 6 parts of our wedding video, done by my friends katie and aaron. i asked them to shoot our wedding as their first wedding video ever, so go easy on em (though i think they did a great job). they graduate in december if anyone wants to hire them.

our wedding photography was done by lindsay wilson photography, and we now have a majority of our photos available on our flickr account. they include some getting ready shots, our portraits in downtown indy before the ceremony, and then the ceremony and reception. you can click the link above, or access them through the pictures tab at the top. the wedding video is coming soon.

We’ve officially moved to our new apartment. We’re loving it. It’s located at North Haven of Carmel, though it’s still technically in Indianapolis.

Welcome to our new site! This has officially replaced our wedding website, which can still be accessed from the tab at the top if you want to scrapbook it or something.

The way this site works: the navigation at the top will bring you to each page. The main bulk of the page can be seen right here. In this center section, we’ll post news, updates, and other information. On the sides of this section, you’ll find the most recent additions to flickr, our photo hosting site, and our Twitter updates. At the photo and video tabs at the top you can access a variety of albums. Also at the top you can access our individual blog pages.

In other news, we got married on June 14th and spent the next week in Vegas having tons of fun. You can see our full Vegas review blog under Kylee’s Blog. Nathan celebrated his 26th birthday on the day we flew back, June 20th. You can also see photos from the wedding that were given to me by random people, and photos from our honeymoon, posted in the photo and video sections. Professional pictures from our photographer will be posted as soon as we have them.

Now we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming, about to move to our new apartment on the 25th, and trying to be adults.
